Mattress & Furniture Returns
Adjusting to a new bed takes time, but if the fit’s not right, we’ll take care of the return and refund. You just focus on finding your perfect sleep.

How to start a return:
If you decide your Casper mattress, bed frame, adjustable base, or nightstand isn't right for you within your trial period, our customer service team is here to help. Contact us to initiate your return.
Contact Our Customer TeamPlease note: All mattresses and furniture must be in good condition and free of stains or damage to be eligible for return and donation. If you're returning furniture, please ensure it is fully disassembled and placed back in its original box before pickup.
What to expect after you request a return:
Once your return is submitted and the required information is provided, our local pickup partner will reach out to schedule your appointment. While you wait, please disassemble any furniture (if applicable) and pack it back into its original box or another sturdy box to help ensure a smooth pickup.
Urban Areas
In urban areas, this typically takes 2-5 business days.
Rural Areas
In rural areas, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrange a pickup.
While our partners will do their best to accommodate your requested times, pickups are subject to the partner’s availability and operating hours (usually weekdays), and must be scheduled within 3 weeks of initial contact, or your return request will be cancelled.
Refund timeline:
Once your Casper product has been picked up and the return is confirmed:
- - Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days
- - Banks may take 3-5 more business days to post the funds
- - If you used financing, please allow up to 15 business days after the item is received for your refund to be fully processed
Pillows, Bedding & Accessories Returns
Not loving it? You can return Casper pillows, bedding, and accessories for free within the trial period and get a full refund—no questions asked.
